Confirm your booking and pay

Once you have chosen, we hold the apartment and send a simple booking agreement. A secure payment link follows, and your reservation is confirmed as soon as payment clears.

Collect keys and settle in

Before you arrive we send check-in instructions and contact details. You collect the keys, step inside a fully furnished apartment, and start your stay without any fuss.

Fully furnished apartments

Every apartment comes with beds, sofas, dining sets and storage ready for you. You simply unpack your bag and settle in from the moment you arrive.

All bills and utilities covered

Your rent includes gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax. There are no separate accounts to set up and no surprise bills landing on the doormat.

Fresh linen and towels

We provide freshly laundered bed linen and bathroom towels for every guest. You do not need to bring your own or worry about laundry during your stay.

Weekly housekeeping

For stays of a week or more, our housekeeping team visits to clean and refresh the apartment. You come back to a tidy space without lifting a finger.
